Myself and a few others are at frickley tomorrow! I've never been but one of the guys I'm going with has been a few times! He says it's really good there.
I'm gonna bring my gopro and get some videos. Looking forward to it..

Hey up mate, I may have seen you about 12ish, Id been round for a few hours then it got mega busy!! Ended up spending the last hour there recovering people who either had road tires on or jut frankly ran out of ground clearance
My mate in his 90 became the recovery truck! I got a stuck Pajero out with a Jimny but my clutch did not like it
. Defo going to get a winch instead for self recovery and helping others.
Did you see the orange V8 Landrover Jimny??
helping us to pull my mates 90
which in turn was trying to pull this out
it was mega stuck, we had to leave in the end having tried ragging it out and using a 12,000lbs winch challenge spec winch. Unfortunately we could not get the angle to pull it out correctly so had to leave the poor guy.
More pics of the Jimny, although thats a bit of a lie (ok a MASSIVE lie) it was a V8 Landrover with a jimny body on!

ahh could be the same one then
no the fairlead is a roller type i dont have the money for plasma rope so has to be steel cable and rollers
no havent seen that place mite have to check it out
winch went on no probs need some crimps before i can finish the wiring , but £220 for a 12000lb winch carnt be sniffed at
they have had outstanding reviews on the landy sites too
