Real solid rear Bumpers.
I am just comparing it to my front bumper which was nearly the same price, that I regularly thump hard off road at work, I had an off-side head on with a transit van at 25mph it bloody hurt but the bumper nor the chassie moved, it just needed a coat of paint
Will you be able to straighten it out with heat and a hammer?
Cheers Iain

We do try extremely hard to provide the best service possible before and after sale, but in this case there just does not seem to be a warranty related issue.

Without seeing it, couldn't say for certain but likely so. Would need to be cherry red hot and you'd need to know what you are doing. It will never look like new though.
