The link doesn't work as the company in question has very kindly threatened me with legal action if I link to their website, show pictures of their products or mention their name. Therefore you cannot actually type in the name of the company as the website software substitutes it with the words "Special Low Ratio Jimny Gearset.

I may have a number of a guy that used to make custom gears to any ratio,
We were offroading in mid wales a few years ago, when some guy came up to us outside a pub we stayed in. (Whilst cleaning all the mud from or 4x4's) and asked us if any of us had the need for ridiculously low ratio gears for the Suzuki's and Landy's (Sorry !
)
the group of boys i was with at the time all had racing 4x4's really- not mud pluggers, so no-one was interested.
I remember having a chat with this guy and we started talking about what he did and how he did it.
if memory serves me he could make any gear to any specification and any hardness.
He sounded a bit of a bullshitter initially as he started to talk about the machining process, but i never let on i was from an engineering background, so i asked him a few questions about how he hardened the gears. i knew he was making them on quite an expensive CNC machine i had seen in action a good few years ago.
He even mentioned how he tested the hardness after . it all sounded very impressive.
I think the number was on my old phone, i'll have a look and give him a ring and let you all know.
To see if he still does it and ask him prices.
There are a few companies out there that will do kits for the sj transfer boxes but at massive £'s
I know a guy who used to be into extreme rock crawling with a set of gears in is T Case cost him over £1500 his 4x4 has over £20k put into it.
Either way i'll see what i can find out- maybe lucky
