right, sorry for the continued questioning ..
Removed the armour and gave it a good coat of black hammerite yesterday.
Ive just been getting to grips, checking the driveshafts fit ok and making sure the UJ's are good and well greased.
I noticed the transfer box has a mechanical speedo drive in it. I see from the "how to build" pdf that Martin welded up his... what has everyone else done ?

Manual VVT, 2 1/2" lift, ORA castor corrected arms, 2" ORA body lift, 4:1 transfer box, Uprated front shafts & CVs ERM , ARBs back & front 3.9 diffs, 6 point cage, ORA winch bumper - Superwinch EP9, ORA rear bumper, ORA axle truses, Diff guards ERM , TBR tank guard, Snorkel, Kumho KL71.30.9.50 15

I just left mine exactly as it is - it has an oil seal on the drive so oil won't come out of the box, and dirt doesn't get in. No problem.
I don't know what oil you have in mind to use, but I originally used 75/90 semi synthetic, but having talked to Rob at ORA he recommended using EP90 as those transfer boxes were originally designed to use that oil. Not sure what, if any, difference it would make but I changed it, and its exactly the same as before!

Where on the internet can I find the Rockwatt Lobster cases w/ 4.16's for sale? I keep hearing this name on the posts but can't find it anywhere.
