Search on difflock for a user "lifechooser" iirc. He got some from Japan, they use the tube in the chassis and bolt to the existing eyes and are made from at least 6mm plate. He used a friend who imports jap motors so cost nothing to ship, they're pricey if you buy them and ship them yourself though. They're the best solution i've seen for those running standard trucks.
If you know someone handy they would be simple to produce, i spoke to a couple of places and they all sucked a bit of air as its a bit too much hassle for them in such small quantities.

thems is the kitties! That price isn't too bad(presumably the exchange rate must be good at the minute), but then if you add the shipping :ohmy: I estimated the weight at 5 kilos and it came out at £70.

I find this interesting that your front recovery points are different to the ones we get on the front of our jimny's in AUS or do the early model jimny's have different recovery ppoints to later model's???
