Spring lift, uses longer springs to give the lift say 2 or 3 inch longer than standard, either longer springs or spacers on top of normal springs to give the effect of longer springs

Body lift, uses spacers to lift actual car body off the chassis by however many inch. Basically detach body from chassis, lift and fit the spacer in the gap.

Better way is using springs. With this way you avoid getting high your cars weight center.

Its better during off-road. More articulation, better off-road and on road response.

Body lift is usually being used after tuning suspension in order to fit bigger tires.

I ask, because i noticed the flex in the suspension when just one wheel was on slightly higher ground.
