Im not saying this applys to your car, but usually when you cant find any towing weights or oem towbars its usually because the vehicle was not homologated to have one fitted! Manufacturers do this as fitting a towbar increases the emissions when towing, so higher tax category...
You need to look for gtw (gross train weight) on the cars plate that shows its axles capacitys. If its blank you cannot fit a towbar for towing purposes... from 1998 all new vehicles need a type approved towbar .
