By the phone I have a list of jokes to say to cold callers - bad jokes. You will be surprised how soon they hang up.

Thing is these jobs are so badly paid that very few people who are actually capable of coherent thinking hang in there for more then a couple of months (and that's only if they need some money really bad and find themselves somehow out of their environment).

Someone who actually understands camcorders and can supply good buying advice while being capable to figure out the customer's needs after a short conversation will definitely be shooting for a much fatter paycheck.

Talking of retail ranting and coherent thinking, Amazon are at it again delivering late after Black Friday.

So I had something come today that according to tracking was due yesterday but delayed because of unforseen circumstances. I made the basic mistake of enquiring why the delay and the driver had no idea what i was talking about.
