Love it

Played guitar all my life but a year ago decided to try my hand at 5 string banjo wanting to do bluegrass not using finger picks but finger style nonetheless and boy has it been hard.

So I thought I'd get a 4 string plectrum 22 fret (as opposed to the more common tenor banjo) which I tune to DGBD so it is like a 5 string tuning with the drone G missing and, as I play bass, you'd think there would be an easier transition. :whistle: Peeps use a plectrum (pick) with those but I wanted to stick to finger style and again, hard or what! I suppose guitar playing has created habits hard to break.

Having watched that vid though I might have found a simpler way to play it. I did try a 6 string banjo but it was horrid. :evil: I noticed he's using a capo though.

Just watched it again and i think i prefer it to the AC/DC version. :blink:
That guy on the banjo is very good, wish i could play like that! :blush:

Got the track off amazon music store and played it in the jimny today it's great louder!!
