Anyone have any ideas on how I can dye cement once it's dry

Seem to do this alot in USA but would cost about £50 to ship some over

235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air
Corrected arms all-round, rear disks, Recaro seats and harnesses

For dry cement are you not really just talking about heavily thinned paint that soaks in the surface

Used engine oil appears to work quite well :P

Maybe decking oil may have the same effect ?
