New (old) Lada Niva was created by gilburton
Pity it's left hand drive but this might be the only genuine off roader left when the Jimny is gone and also the Defender??

Ok I meant small similar to the Jimny. There is the Dacia Duster??
The Jimny is on borrowed time and its replacement is rumoured to be more of a "soft roader"
I'm assuming the Jimny is not being replaced by the Vitara??
Trouble with the Lada apart from LHD is the road tax of £265 lol

Just that you mentioned the Defender. Not exactly a small size 4x4

I only mentioned the Defender as it is the last "proper" off roader loved by farmers etc.
The Jimny also falls in to that category although it's not big enough for farmers..
Yes there are lots of larger 4x4's around but at a price and most are leaning towards the luxury end.
There is nothing much left of the "simpler" basic type of vehicle.
