This video has been released by Norfolk Police showing a motorcyclist's fatal crash from his helmet mounted Go Pro.
It is not gory or messy - hence they've released it but if you get easily upset you may not wish to watch it. I would not post it here if it was unsuitable.
It certainly makes you think though - which is what it's intended to do...
