4oo k's trip this morning

I'm off to Colac this morning to pick up a John Deere Ride-on mower that I bought on Ebay last night. It's a short trip of 204 kilometres each way and should take a little over 2 hours to get there, towing my larger trailer. The Jimny is very economical so it will only use about 30 litres for the 408 k's round trip. It is raining here in Frankston at the moment but I like the rain.

Went to work at 7am, clocked on and clocked off for the 4 hours rain pay and was back home by 7.15am

nice one, i grew up in Sandringham and used to go the colac all the time, have you heard of 'Mr Fern'??

There is a Ferry, but fuel is so cheap, much cheaper than the Ferry.

I'm baaaaack! 416 k's and 29.7 litres E10 fuel. Mower is much heavier than I thought. I would have put the anti-sway hitch on if I had thought it through. Only takes 5 mins to fit.
