Sell your bits!
NOTE: This is for members and their private sales/wants.
There are rules that suppliers have to follow (and many of you do follow the rules). However there have been a number of instances recently where "suppliers" have broken the rules.
Suppliers/Dealers or anyone selling with a commercial view in mind CANNOT post here unless responding to a specific request of a member in a "wanted" post.
Suppliers include people "breaking for spares" on a regular basis, when purchasing spares members should ask a supplier what they contribute to the running of the forum

Throwing in the towel on this one, as i've got too many other projects. Main issues are the frame is knackered and the brakes are iffy. Otherwise perfectly drivable. All the MOT failure points were fixed before I discovered the frame was toast.
It's an 03 Jimny with the engine, gearbox and a lot of drivetrain parts from my 01 swapped into it. Was bought cheap as a donor and I swapped as many parts onto it as I could to make it a daily driver. Only just had two front wheel bearings, front hubs, and brake rotors fitted for the MOT, zero miles on them. Has a fairly new exhaust on it, fitted last year.
Engine has about 120k miles on it. It blew a head gasket years ago and had a refurbished cylinder head and new timing chain etc put on it about 30k miles ago, new clutch fitted about 5k miles ago. I drove it everywhere, engine and gearbox are pretty bulletproof, just a shame about everything else.
Was chasing an issue with spongey brakes that I never really fully solved, I put a used master cylinder put on it and new caliper slide pins, still not brilliant. Will come with the original master cylinder, new brake pads, and whatever spare parts I've got.
Body has had the boot floor replaced (badly) and is a bit rotten. Frame was apparently filled with mud at some point and is rotten in several places, see pictures.
Would make a good engine and parts donor, or just use it offroad or down the farm. The choice is yours.
Looking for £500, but open to offers. Runs and drives but will need to be trailered away as no MOT. Located North Warwickshire, just off the A5.

This is a super deal for somebody.
Swop out the frame, patch the body properly, maybe new seals/hoses in the brakes and you're set.
Or use it as a farm hack for a fraction of the price of a quad bike. Can't lose.
I'm always amazed at how cheap rusty-but-otherwise-good Gen3s go in the UK. I'd start a business bringing them into northern Europe by the shipload, if I weren't such a lazy sod.
Anyway great deal for someone, and hopefully BigKally puts the £ toward another Jimny with more metal in it.
