The security of the website has been increased. This may result in you having issues with the forum. If you have issues then please email me (martin@lines-family.com) or text +447535744972 so I can work out what has happened.

Specifically you would see a "DONT PANIC" page appear. Everytime this appears I should have been emailed with the details, but you should still contact me to check that I am working on the issue. I realise this is a pain but once it is "tuned" it should be invisible to you and I am sure you appreciate a site that has strong security.

Well its not been simple.

It only affected Internet Explorer 11, no other browsers including other variants of Internet Explorer. Therefore I could not even see the problem as I use IE9, Edge, Chrome and Firefox.

It was only when Terry sent a screen capture and I noticed which browser version he was using that I then could simulate the problem.

That was only the first part. I have then had the site professionally "cleaned" thanks to Centrora Security - www.centrora.com/ - that was carried out this morning.

This is the new security software company that I am using to secure the site anyway, however it took us both a while to find the single issue.

The site is now clean and the security software is in place. This may give you error messages until we refine the settings.

The attack was a "drive by" attack that tried to load malware to your PC. We know Norton and Kaspersky both detect this just fine and blocked the action.

Now I can breathe over Christmas!

And just to emphasise my thanks to the staff at Centrora. They worked into their night (they are in Australia and they fixed it this morning) to find and sort the issue and this was very much an act of generosity on their behalf.
