Products that modify your Jimny are designed for off-road use only. You should be aware that these products may affect the handling of your vehicle and you should modify your driving technique appropriately.

1. Privacy Policy:

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

2. Delivery Policy:

It is BigJimny policy to hold all items in stock for dispatch unless otherwise specifically stated on the item ordered. All items are dispatched either UK First Class Recorded, First Class International Signed for or Courier.

Typically items should arrive within 1 to 2 days of dispatch (UK) or 4 to 5 days (International, subject to local Customs delays)

The UK Post Office do not acknowledge that an item is missing until 15 days have elapsed (UK) or 21 days (International), I can only take action once these times have passed.

3. Refund / Cancelation Policy

Orders can be cancelled up to the point of dispatch with no charge.

After dispatch, refund of the purchase value of the item (excluding postage and packing)  will be made on safe return of the item in original packing in an unused, re-sellable state up to 30 days after original dispatch.
