This Powertrax Lockright Differential Locker is an automatic 100% full-locking diff lock.

For the Jimny, this fits in the REAR differential only (SJ owners should note this fits 26 spline differentials and can be fitted front and rear on some SJ models)

This is a "Positive" Locker, ie. your differential is normally locked, the Lockright "unlocks" occasionally to release the "wind-up" energy from the system.

A locker transforms the traction available from your Jimny. When you get cross-axled you can maintain drive instead of spinning a wheel in the air.

NOTE:

POSITIVE DIFFERENTIAL LOCKERS ALTER THE DRIVING CHARACTERISTICS OF YOUR VEHICLE.

During the "unlocking" to release the energy you may experience clicking noises, these can be loud if the locker is not adjusted fully.

Driving around roundabouts and on wet surfaces a locked differential can cause the rear end to drift (hence their popularity with "Drifters"
