At last a replacement for the elusive TJM Snorkel range! The UK distributor for TJM stopped supplying a while back and therefore they are no longer available in the UK.

However, the diligence of members of the BigJimny Forum has paid off and a direct equivalent has been found.

Similar in style and construction to the TJM product these are made in quality LLDPE Polyethylene. The advantage of this construction is that it is comparatively "soft" which lets it survive the odd contact with passing bushes and trees, avoiding the possibility of cracking or shattering which can affect Fibreglass snorkels.

Ok, so you could go to B&Q and fit some drainpipe and someone will always boast that they made their snorkel for 10 shillings plus a roll of Duct tape, but your Jimny deserves more. Drainpipe snorkels look like...errr...Drainpipe. Not only that but you have to seal every joint and bend.

These snorkels fit snugly along the wing and up the window frame, they look fabulous and "toughen up" your little Jimny.

Not only that but the induction roar you get from the intake makes you feel that you have more than the mighty 1300 cc engine under the bonnet.

These come complete with fitting template and fittings. Note that you WILL have to cut come large holes in your car, MEASURE TWICE AND CUT ONCE :)

You should seal your air box drains with silicon sealant to ensure no water can enter the air system when using the Snorkel for real.

Please also note that some people have reported that there is a slight inaccuracy in the cutting template which is easy to see and correct.
