Does anyone know what the above dimension should be in millimeters?

Thanks.

2-6mm toe in (2-6mm less between the front of the tyres than the back)

I'd go nearer 2mm than 6.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

And sometimes if you're running BIG tires and have some death wobble issues, it might help if you adjust them to have a few mm's toe out.
