Any MOT Testers on here ? was created by ianR
Hello My jimny failed the mot on brake and fuel pipes, I have nearly replaced them now but have broken most of the clips that held them in place.

Would it be ok to ty wrap them to the chassis or is that deemed as a failure ??

U can always cut a bit of fuel hose put a slit down it then wrap a little bit round pipes and cable tie then to chassis

Strap me, I use cable ties for almost everything including brake pipes. ;)

Do it right - use Hammerite

Can I just ask what size are the fuel pipes as my Jimny just failed on leaking fuel pipes?
Did you use copper or rubber?

cheers

You could cut out rot and replace with fuel hose and clips as long as it don't chafe or leak
