Engine management and immobiliser lights flashing. was created by Blissett
I know it's not jimny related but... The suzuki ignis has the same system and engine.. (m13a) After travelling about 40 minutes engine management and immobiliser lights start flashing and it stops..... Give it a few mins restart it goes on and some times stops.... Checked the logs for the ecu just the oxygen sensor for the cat was listed...
Any ideas??????
Just seems strange the immobiliser light flashes...
Thanks Mark

Crankshaft sensor as per jimny engine. On the jimny its just under the alternator. Next time it does it cool with water (the sensor) then see if it starts straight away. Bingo time for new sensor. No codes probably recorded as the sensor sorts itself out once cool.
