Just bought a 2000 Vit 4U small parts required pls

Just started finding out what I need. Any help would be very much appreciated.
If you know anyone with the following please let me know:
Owners Manual & handbook
Vitara Petrol cap (not the locking flap)
Set of screws which hold the plastic cover over the air intake on top of the carburettor
Window winder handle & securing clip
Screw that holds the Hi/Lo knob on the shaft in the cab
Screw that secures the plastic cover in place above the transmission tunnel in the cab
