Jimny Transfere case was created by 8ollins
Evening,
I have a 2007 Jimny Manual with the push-button electric transfer case. Shifts into 4wd-high every time. It used to shift into 4wd-low but has been just on the road for a few months so I haven't needed it for a while and I now find it won't do so. Tried rolling it very slowly and shifting but did nothing. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Had the same on mine, but it has thrown a fit and come out of it so work fine now. I was planning to Try to lubricate the actuator on the transfer.

Does the 4wd light blink or show a steady light when in 4 high mode?
Should be steady.
Does it beep and blink when you Try to engage  4 low?

It also probably worth checking the wires in and out of the transfer case for damage.
