Welcome to the forum. Given it's a new car it should be covered by the Suzuki warranty, so I would be getting it booked in with the dealer for an inspection.

Hello, it only have 5000 miles, the problem is that I live in South America so customer service is really bad, and already went 4 times to the car dealer ship and every time they told me that it was fixed, but 10 min later the problem is still there, so im trying to solve it.

It used to be that a slightly high tickover speed would induce an auto to vibrate if it was in drive with the driver holding it steady with the footbrake on.

First thought is air filter/cleaner.
I am assuming you are using premium fuel, 98RON.
Next, the dreaded Engine Oil Viscosity, 0W-20, no heavier, or there can be emission issues.
Try this one from 'The RAC Man'; when in P or N, press the "OFF" button on the Climate Control Panel.

Hello George, how are you? I assume that switching off the CC will lower the RPM enough to stop the vibes?

Could it be the aircon fan? Our 2020 Jimny makes a loud "mooing" noise when the engine is idling, as the aircon switches in and out.
lt's particularly noticeable on first startup in the morning, and if you turn off the aircon it doesn't do it.
The noise is barely noticeable inside the car, but outside it's quite loud and l can hear it clearly from inside the house, when the missus sets off for work.
lt's possible that it may be felt or heard as a vibration. Although we don't find it an issue, it is surprisingly loud.
