we are in the process of getting a new pup large gundog
we want to leave our rear seats folded down still
and are looking at getting a dog create to transport the dog
i have done some aprox measurements and come up with 36 inch long 30 inch high and 30 inch wide these are max measurements leaving seats folded down at rear we only use rear seats now and again just in case we have to transport family
so as anybody got some pictures and advice on what they have before i order the wrong thing thanks john

I have Amazon basic cage for our cocker spaniel with no back seat it fills 2/3 of the back side to side and it's necessary to move the passenger seat forward to close the back door. It is only for long trips as it gives him room and lets me pack around him safely. Day to day I use a restrain harness as he has more room.

I took out the backs seats straight away from my recently acquired '05, and made a 19mm ply floor which can be easily removed if need be....
I fitted D rings around the edge and use 2 ratchet straps to make sure the crate doesn't move around and SWMBO is safe and sound.
She mildly approves!
