I have no idea but it slots down more like this, just trying to work out where to get the bulb from now

It looks almost like an LED. How did you remove it Dan - does it simply unscrew off the board?

OK I found this VIDEO LINK
From that, I fathomed these are probably T1 12v 60ma Wire Ended micro bulbs
They're available HERE or probably from the usual suspects such as eBay

When I get the bulbs and fit them if everything works ill send you some if that's all you need, I have got a few variations coming now so I will see which one is the best, I have sourced aone with a holder attached but will have to see if they fit in and lock in the panel
