Hi, had them in mine for 3 years now, noticed an immediate difference, and recently drove a friends jimny with standard bulbs in and told him to fit the osrams as soon as possible. He did and cannot believe the difference:)

Wombat, where did you get yours?
They seem to get mixed reviews on Amazon - but no doubt some people will have received fake bulbs

I have them also. There is a difference, just not as much as I was hoping for.

I have the Halfords version made by ring. Very effective.

Ring is good kit - I used to think it was some cheap 'Poundland' brand until my brother worked for the company briefly and I learned they even make airfield and runway lighting!

I have the GE Megalight Ultra, I had to buy them for the name alone! Very good bulbs, and nice crisp "White" light.

Cheers guys I’ve ordered a set of night breaker laser next generation from euro car parts
I’ll let you know how I get on with them when they arrive.

I use the Osram Nightbreaker lazers (the highest output one). Makes a really nice light, not vivid blue like the modern LED/HID setups, but very white. I also coupled mine with a set of 'warm white' LED w5w osram sidelight bulbs.
I have heard complaints about their longevity, I drive my car at night a lot and have had them about a year (~11k miles) with no problems.

Thanks Caelite - interesting to hear yours have lasted - some reports (Amazon) suggest they only survive for a couple of months!
Like you I have to do a lot of night time driving so longevity is important.
