steering stabilizer x power steering was created by Black Toy
hi all,

now with bigger tyres, my steering feels a bit loose

went for a rough country steering stabilizer, but the shock seems pretty stiff

actually is way way more stiffer than my suspension shocks (Old Man Emu)...

is it normal? can it damage my power steering?

thanks

I just got a cheapo damper off ebay and it is pretty soft. Very easy to move by hand where as my shocks were very, very stiff. I was suprised by how easy it was to move and thought it wouldn't make much difference but it did.

Not sure if have a really stiff one ( ) will damage anything though?

thanks mate!

i've realized that suspension shocks need to be softer as they are working kind of all the time...they have more stifness up then down, problably 70/30, while the steering damper needs to be 50/50

come to the conclusion that a steering damper ought to be harder to be effective anyway...

also, i believe that there are people running those with power steering for sometime, couldn't find a single complain about damaging power steering. Will install it and see.

Beginning the disassembly of the car in a few minutes to fit the body lift... got until tomorrow afternoom to finish

fingers crossed

cheers
