Hi and welcome to the forum.
Don't undo the side bearing lock plate as is done in the guide, as then you will loose the side bearing adjustment. Just undo the 2 big bolts for the bearing caps.

Hi ,
I have installed 1510 to 2006 Jimny. But the problem is dif. lock is very tight and did not release while parking moves and slow cornering.
We have removed all slug but it is still same; could you advice how we would instal lock right 1510 to work properly?
Thanks,
Oktay

Did you use the shim washers supplied? Or doubled up on the shims?
I think you have it shimmed to tight so that it cannot unlock.
I only used to originals and I can spin my wheels by hand and can hear a ratcheting click.

We also used the original shim but again locker didn't unlock.
Last week we have removed the lockright and 3 pins already broken due to tightness
Are there any specific setting to fit the shim?

Once fitted did you lift just 1 wheel, then try just spin 1 wheel, you should just hear a light ratcheting sound as it releases.
