Hi Everybody,
I plan to purchase 2007 Jimny but I have doubts regarding notable fix on carbody that can be seen on pictures. What is your opinion, go or nogo?

Looks ok to me, better fixed than not. A little knock or a magnet may reveal if anything else than metal is under the nice black something. Not too alarming sweating at the swivels either.
Rust allways comes back if left wet and dirty. Time only can tell if the base layer and work done before coating was OK, but looks good.

Rods and shafts should be treated some time soon. A wirebrush and any rust preventive paint is way better than nothing.

Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.

Personally I wouldn't buy unless they have pictures of work done........ hiding everything under the underseal
