Ok I know we all have rose tinted glasses, but my Jimny is proving to be one reliable little critter.
My 5 year anniversary of purchasing is approaching, it wasn't new, and it's my daily drive. It's pulled my caravan all over the UK, takes us to Aldi every week, to work when I care to go and never complains. It's cheap and easy to service and has not missed a beat as 100K approaches.
I have to say it's proving to be one of the better vehicles I've owned in 45 years of motoring. Hope I've not jinxed it by offering praise
Happy anniversary CA09 XXX, and forgive me for towing the caravan with your poor little 1.3.
May our journey together continue

After all that praise, it couldn’t possibly spit the dummy out. Coming up to 3 years for me, happy to say the same, apart from the caravan.

Just thinking about this as I drove to work;
Jimny - 3 years next month (8 years old when I got it)
Other car - 15 years last March (6 years old when I got it)
Motor bike - 37 years last month (8 years old when I got it)
Hope I keep the Jimny at least as long as my other car.

16plus years and 5 Jimnys later I think I might be in it for the long haul. And that's as daily working farm vehicle too, well 3 of them have been the other 2 have been spares for mother's usage. But yeah I love me a Jimny.
