Just wondering how much more space there is under the arches when you use these plastic arches because I know they are larger than stock but how much so. In essence how much more clearance is there in terms of width and height under the arches compared to stock?

I think generally the limiting factor in chopping arches is the inner structure of the body. That said with enough grinder blades and welding wire anything is possible.
