Storage - Reorganising

A while ago I bought a small tool bag to keep some bits in, tow strap, shackles, bridle. That sort of stuff. It did fit nicely behind the drivers seat, but still felt uncomfortable with a tool bag left in the car.

I bought a 5ltr box from Solent Plastics to fit under the front passenger seat, I think this is the biggest size you will get under there to avoid the wires.

This meant I could transfer some bits out of the rear cubby box and get rid of the tool bag.

Small tool bag, I might start using it for actual tools now.

5ltr box

Contents:
Tyre compressor
3 x foil survival blankets
Tyre repair kit
Porta Jump battery booster
4 x Niteize quick cam tie downs
Work gloves

Not even in the way if I had a rear passenger in.

Used to keep this emergency triangle in the cubby box.

Found it will just squeeze in under the rear seat cubby box fits back in without fouling.

New contents of cubby box:
Leather gloves
Tyre pressure gauge
Hand warmers
4m tow strap
3m bridle
Duct tape
2 x bungge tie straps
Small cargo net
Extendable wheel wrench
Multi screwdriver
3 x 3.25t bow shackles

Bought this ex-army bag at the Adventure Overland show back in January? This has some more recovery stuff in that lives in the garage and will take out with me when going on some lanes.

10m tow strap
10m kinetic recovery strap
Soft shackle
ARB tyre deflator
