I was looking at these a while ago. Not entirely convinced about the company responsible, or their approach.
May have changed, but back then they weren't producing vehicle-specific kits, just the portal hubs, so you had to engineer the installation yourself.
Also, their Facebook page is full of people asking for details such as pricing, but Tibus responds only to say "email us." When you do, you don't get a response.
TL;DR Neat idea, very interested, but beyond a couple of prototype units it could well be vapourware at this point.

Looks just as it did before - no prices, no kits, no dealer list. Just says to contact them if you're interested but they don't respond.

I got a response from Tibus Wolfgang.
"The price for the portals is 8800 Euro excl. tax + shipping. The fender flares are 990 Euro.
The portal gear ratio is 1,16-1 to equal the bigger tire size. The best tire size is 225/75R16 or 245/75R16. You can use the car as you daily driver without drawbacks. There is no speed limit on the portals."
I didn't win the Euro millions though so I haven't ordered any.
