Electric window switch question was created by Eskimo
So I have a question for you all, has anyone moved the electric window switches from the original position to somewhere else?
I'm finding that on longer journeys the plastic switch mount is digging into my knee (being long legged) so I was thinking of relocating them somewhere, but the question is where. I have thought about the arm rest area further back as I do not use it but wondered if anyone else had done this and where they made the switches too?
Thanks

I haven't had time yet to actually do mine but I'm just going to take the switch out of the moulding and rotate it 90 degrees axially and remount it into a shallower bracket or if it will sit flush without catching the internal workings of the door then that.

I did wonder about doing that Lambert, but the switch is quite deep, and it looks like the door card sits flush against the metalwork I the door. They're very thin doors
I will have another look at the weekend and see if they will fit somewhere...............the old knee is suffering a bit :pinch:

I've always wondered about a small pad of some sort. It only bothers me on journeys of an hour or two.
