Probably a daft question but can anyone tell me what these fixings are, under the wheel arch attaching the bumper, the owner before me obviously removed the bumber and used these, are they just pop out like the plastic originals or rivets I'll have to drill out? also the old reverse order what can I use to replace them with when it comes to putting the bumper back on?

They are pop rivets. You will need to drill them out. :)

The picture looks to be where the inner arch liner attaches to the front bumper... and should be plastic rivets with a removable centre... they have been replaced with pop rivets, which are not removable unless you drill them out.

You can get plastic rivets off ebay

It also looks as though your bumper has been re-sprayed in situ as the arch liner shouldn't have any paint on it.

They look like they've been doing a good job to be honest!

Another thumbs up for pop riveting bumper part together they work a treat.

Easy to drill out and quick to fit. Use a washer on the back if you can access it.
