I know they aren't cheap, but cheaper than an insurance claim if the spare goes missing surely?
We have some ideas for an original graphic too. I have a mate who is a graphic designer so he is going to sort the image for us, and another mate who is a signwriter to print the image and fit it. I just need to know what sort of cover to fit it to!

You can get away with a tight fitting or interference fitting bolt which you have to hammer/press into place and once padlocked the bolt is going nowhere anyway.

about three - four years ago 4x4at bought the company off the administrators and moved the stock from Stone in Staffs to Leeming Bar in North Yorkshire and made everybody redundant - they still run the old Formula 4x4 website but from Leeming Bar
