Sorry to go off topic, but they look like my Mamba bucket seats I got from Giraffe. Weren't yours originally?

The "yellow" handle is a orange "safety hammer" 
You can break your windscreens with it and cut your safety belt when your "hanging" upside down (not needed in Australia !
).

Bolted to the metal bar along the bottom of the glove box on a L shaped bracket.

Yep, mine's there too. My seatbelt cutter is below the steering wheel though.

i bolted the CB bracket to the cage for my radio just done away with the stupid cubbie hole and clock
