After snooping through the web ive found this anyone used the before looks a nice job. Ive emailed for a price see what they come back with bumper

For heavy winching, I'd say no. I looks really flimsy.
If you want a solid tubular bumper, get the XROX one.

Edit:
I can see that a winch is mounted foot down, on a mounting plate on the chassis. But still. I think the bumper looks flimsy.

The winch point should be strong due to the mounting point. Spose it depends what hes making it out of thanks

it dont matter about bumper it all about the mounting plate n how it fixed to the chassis the rest of bumper is more for show not for winching off

Saw this car at tong on sunday. Looked good.

I you don't mind a bit of trial and error, and it's okay to use seamed tubing. I guess it can be done for less than £100 :)

Just to expect it to take the weight of your Jimny if you bump into a tree.
