Ok mate ill have a look.
Did you have to get a better battery or keep the standard one?

I'm still on standard battery ATM but when winching with it under heavy load you can notice the loss of power but it's not died on me or anything yet just pulls the car instead of what's stuck :) ill get a pic of the front of mine over the weekend with my bumper on and off so you can see why needs cutting a what not for it to be fitted...it's a tight fit between the plate height and the cross member I've had to cut a bit out so I can use the free spool handle of the winch and for the power terminals on the winch

The standard battery is okay for occasional winching. But no more than that.

I have a Exide AGM 80 Ah, 800CCA battery for my Warn 8274, but will be getting another one similar in near future.

But with bigger batteries, you'll also need a bigger alternator.

I'm looking into a 2nd battery with split charge system a guy in work bought a landy mag with a free DVD and there's a split charge system in there on an ad page for £27 that seems like a nice price to me as I have a spare battery lying around

Read Martin's guide on split chargers and about not using the alternator light wire in their wiring, as many of them use, as Suzuki say not to add any load to it.

Here's a picture of my jimny with the ORA winch mount. It fit quite well in the bumper. You obviously don't need to cut the bumper as much as I have. I have a cheap 9500lb Chinese winch. I also have a 730cca battery with the standard alternator. So far it's worked quite well. Can't complain.

I went with one of the budget winches from winchit on ebay, it was their 12500lb winch and cost me about £275 if i remember righlty, I have used it a handfull of times in very deep mud and have had no problems at all (well except user error and bunching the wire up on one side) it is slow as people state but I am not concerned about that. I only have 1 battery at present but will be adding a second soon.

If you check out my page from the link below i think there are some pics of it being fitted also.
