There are members on this site that are far, far more knowledgeable than me (not difficult it's true). But I do strongly recommend that you slowly (is there any other way?!) take it up to 60mph and check for nasty wheel wobble. You won't miss it if the "Death Wobble" kicks in. If it does, could be Kingpin bearings and that is neither particularly nor easy (well, not for me). Could be just wheel balancing, but you need to check for DW.

Check the stereo works nice and loud so that you don't have to listen to your passengers screaming in abject terror when you go off road.
