Not long had a lovely little blue 06 plate Jimny, We have done a bit of greenlaning with the standard tyres, and wow! impressed but now i want more!! So i am going to do a bit of trimming to enable a set of 'decent tyres' to be fitted.
A couple of weeks ago I saw a fantastic blog on how to trim, what to trim and how much to trim along with photo's but now cannot find it anywhere...... could someone show me where this link is please or another like it.
Thanks in advance.

Mart

Good luck mate, fitted some 235 75 15 on my truck with only a 2" lift today, the first one took a while but the other three were a breeze when I knew what I was doing

No lift on mine yet and no penny's, so doing all the 'free' jobs!
Selling my scooby soon so funds will be available yee haa!
Mind you i dont want to go mad anyway, 2" lift seems reasonable with decent tyres.
Must admit a bit daunting taking a grinder and hacksaw to my little Jimny!!!

Will get some pics of mine up tomoz do you can see what it looks like. I was the same but I'm glad I did start hacking now as it looks good :), I didn't bother with a hacksaw, just DIY it all with the grinder a file and some sand paper
