I'm after advice again,my jimny had an advisory for the near side pandhard rod has slight play in a pin/bush would this cause a bit noise,rattiling,not smooth on and off when driving? How would I fix it?

Don't let it go on too long. The rattling will damage the threads on the hidden captive nut which is a real problem to resolve.
