why spare wheel go in boot and not stay on bracket

orite lads was just wondering if there was any reason why majority of jimny riders keep spare wheel in boot and dont leave it on bracket on boot? just out of interest as ive taken my rear seat out and i could put it in there and sell bracket etc if no need i wont bother tho cheers guys

sometimes bigger tyres offset wheels etc means they dont fit without modding the bracket.

Mainly due to size and weight , most of us end up fitting much bigger tyres that then dont fit on the bracket or would be to heavy for the rear door

the bigger tyres that most people fit can cause damage to the hinges. :evil:

Cheers guys will 225-75-15 mud terrain wranglers be ok on bracket ? 0r would boot be more suitable the rear seats ive now taken out anyway cheers

my spare on the bracket is a 225/75/15 too mine seems to be ok.
