Fitting extended steering shaft was created by Smoggy
Just installed my 2'' Jimnybits bodylift and putting all the parts back together. Ive also got one of Rus's extended steering shafts complete. Does anyone know, do I need to unbolt the steering box to fit it or can I just slide the shaftup over off the steering box and vice versa off the column splines. Ive removed both endbolts on the shaft. Is there anything else I need to remember when fitting the extended one.

Cheers.

make shore the steering collum dont move to much due to the air bag wiring behind the steering wheel and fit it in reverse of removal as it is the right lenth for the lift its as if it not been lifted
