I got a pair from a scrap yard in the end and discovered i didn't need them, so they've been added to the parts stock.

See if someone is local and can pick them up.
Pass on to someone else that coming towards you, pass on to next person, etc,etc.
Untill eventually they arrive for you to collect fairly local to you.
Have done this on MDOCUK and it has worked quite a few times.
Might be worth a try.

why not ask him if you arrange a courier will he pack them ready for collection
