Is it a "colour" problem. The EDIT button is top right at the end of the blue bar (sometimes some of the buttons hide if the browser gets it wrong).
When you are editing the submit button is centre at the bottom and also can "hide"

Thanks Martin but no, I can see all the buttons etc.
In my Profile, the curser doesn't turn into a 'pointing finger' when I hover over any of the tabs, Avator etc. It just stays as the normal 'pointer'.
It started doing it before I downloaded IE9 so it's not just that. Curious?
