Seized Lower KingPin

Good afternoon everyone.  

In essence I tried to do a Kingpin bearing and seal replacement as gooey oil/grease was leaking from the seals. 

Stripped loads of heads, sorted all those but ended up drilling out the ABS sensor and not being able to removed the lower (front) kingpin. 

That sucker is seized on tighter than a crocodile’s jaws. 

So far I have tried:

Mild tapping, Penetrating Oil, more tapping, plumbers Wrench trying to twist it off, heat, more penetrating oil, trying to part it with a screwdriver. 

Nothing seems to work. 

any tips please?

Persistence is key they can be very difficult. I've had to use a cold chisel in the joints and wedge them apart. Just be careful to not really mash the mating surfaces or be able to fix any burrs with a file.

A cold Chisel? I never went there, but i’ll start again as soon as the rain stops.

Get a big spanner on it and twist it 90 degrees, then you have a nice exposed lip to tap it out with. Try not to trash it! Even though it's stuck now it will still be serviceable and new ones are pricey.

Ive been at it with the biggest spanner i have. Not moving. Maybe i need about 2 feet of spanner length?

I feel like am going to pull the Jimny off the axel stand.
