Hi, I have a 3 door JB74, less than a year old with about 11,000kms. Did a general check on the engine as am about to go on an outstation trip. Notice the engine head are with something that looks like corrosion. The darker area is not oily, and feels rough to touch. Other areas are smooth. Definitely wasn't like this when I just got the car. Wont be able to bring it into SC as will be driving off early tomorrow. Anyone came across this before? Thanks!
