Went to use the Jimny a couple of days ago and there was a metallic clanging under the car. After getting on hands and knees, looks like someone has previously welded a linkage to the (gear selection bottom housing?) and it has broken off, clanging onto the shaft between the transfer box and the transmission.
does anyone know the part number at all to replace this cover? I don’t know if ‘gear selector housing’ is the right term for it. Is it possible to just get the bottom part of the whole assembly?
